We got a new router and re set up the app on my phone. It appears that the controller is syncing to WiFi but the controller still shows offline. Serial# V18143748
Hi there, I just noticed our grass hasn’t been watered for a while now, I checked and reset the device at the outlet, reset my app also but it keeps saying not connected on my app but on the main device it shows connected. Also when I water it shows it’s wayering but no sprinkler heads are coming up. Please help! Thank you
I bought a Gen 3 for my house and was trying to give my Gen 1 to my mother. Seems like this is the issue for her and I was having the same. Shows green and connected on the controller itself, but always offline in the App.
I’m having this same issue. My router shows the rachio is connected but the rachio app and website says it’s not connected. This only started recently after several years of no problems
